 I started my career in advertising as a producer, cutting my teeth surrounded by smart creatives, tight deadlines and big egos. In 2003, I moved into performance coaching and leadership development. I set up a business that's enabled me to improve lives, develop strong leaders and improve cultures. I've used a wide range of tools, learning concepts, have built and taught over 100 different programs. My 2 proudest achievements are my TED talk and the number of people I've helped ... over 10,000 (and still counting).
