Manifestor is program 2 (after My Game Plan). This builds skills that increase your creative potential. It blends quantum thinking, mindfulness, continuous improvement, and habit-building tools to unlock your innate power and let go of limiting blocks. When you embed these tools into your daily habits, your vision will manifest into reality.

Munchies/food (30 in 30 )

This dynamic healthy eating program enlivens the power of your gym community by inviting members (over 30 days) to share 30 healthy recipes at your gym. A fun, month long festival for the foodies in your community. Nutrition, behaviour change and fun all make up this program. This program is in development.
