1 - Work on the Whole
Principle one is about holism, which invites you to look your life as a system of interconnected parts. Much of life today is fragmented, with solitary experts promising quick fixes if you work on improving one single area of your life. M6 begins by asking, “How is your whole system working together?”. Our learning programs, coupled together with regular gym sessions, build strength in your life as whole, to fuel holistic personal growth.
2 - Look Under the Waves
Your values are what you place importance on in life. And your beliefs are what your mind holds to be true. These powerful subconscious tools control 99% of the activity in your brain to drive your behaviours and habits. To create your best life, there is sometimes a need to go within and explore your mind, let go of old thinking paradigms and embrace new ones. Principle 2 explains how this works.
3 - Step Up, Not Down
Think about your life as a spiral staircase, which offers 3 choices - take a step up, step down or remain where you are. These choices quickly illustrate the benefits of following a virtuous cycle of growth and evolution. Expanding further, to explain the ripple effect where improvements in 1 life area, flow into other life areas, principle 3 helps you focus on a growth mindset for life.
4 - Unblock your Hose
There's a great quote from Tim Gallwey, who's one of the originators of modern coaching which explains performance = potential - interference. Principle 4 explains, using the metaphor of the garden hose how reducing the interference in your life, will sharpen your inner alignment and be a catalyst for you creating your best life.
5 - Ride your Elephant
According to Chat GPT the number one biggest problem people face today is lack of time. We have been teaching time management skills for 23 years and principle 5 addresses the elephant in the room, which is your beliefs about time.

6 - Rounded Training
