When those two become blended together, the experience can start to feel heavier, because of how it is being held internally. This is often where people feel stuck, even if they cannot quite explain why, because they are trying to manage both what is happening and what they believe it means.

It starts with coming back to what is actually true right now, without adding extra layers or trying to solve everything at once. From there, a more useful question begins to take shape. How do I want to show up in this?

What you may find is that this question brings your attention back to what is still within your influence. It gives you a way to move forward that feels more grounded, even when everything else is still unfolding.

When you are coming back from a health challenge, it is not always about getting back to where you were, but about working out how you want to move forward from here. Having something clear to focus on can bring a sense of stability back into your day to day life, and help you begin to rebuild with intention.
